The Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) will receive proposals for an operator of behavioral health services at the Franklin County Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Center until 1:00 p.m. local time on May 28, 2021, via electronic submission at RFPsubmission@adamhfranklin.org.

You may not contact any ADAMH staff member directly with questions regarding this RFP. Details about submitting questions and the bidders conference will be provided in the request.
Proposals must be submitted electronically to RFPsubmission@adamhfranklin.org. Proposals received after 1:00 p.m. local time on May 28, 2021 will not be considered.
ADAMH reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal received, and to accept any proposal or combination of proposals deemed most advantageous to ADAMH under the conditions stipulated.
